1. Original visa slip
2. Demand Letter
3. Power of attorney through local recruiting agency in Saudi Arabia
4. Letter to Consulate requesting for grant of visa, all above documents should be attested by the chamber of commerce and foreign office too.
5. Copy of commercial registration certificate
6. Copy of passport or copy of identity card of the employer or the attorney who has signed the documents.
7. At least one year valid Computerised passport of the candidate.
8. Computerised National Identity card of the candidate
9. To fill up the Saudia visa grant application form available at Saudi Embassy's website through the given confidential code and the given application form number should be mentioned clearly on passport.
10. Obtain the GAMCA code number from the regionwise GAMCA office for medical.
11. Medical fitness report from Saudi Embassy selected medical centres according to the cadidate's residing region.
12. Religion certificate.
13. Four offwhite background photographs, should not be more or less than 6 X 4 cm.
14. Company ( ) approved sticker by Saudi Embassy, clearly mentioning on the address, telephone number, email, website address and company's () file number given by Saudi Embassy. |
